Ordering policy

We accept payment through PayPal, using PayPal's secure servers. You can pay using a PayPal account, or one of the following credit cards:  VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.  If you would like to pay using a money order, please send an email to sales@CanadianNativeProducts.com.

Privacy Policy

Your personal and credit card information are used to process your order only. We never sell your private information to anyone, ever!

Shipping Policy

We ship worldwide!

We ship using Canada post regular delivery. Insured packages may require additional fees. All shipping costs must be prepaid.

We are not responsible for shipments lost in transit.

We are not responsible for any fees charged by foreign countries. We strongly advise buyers to research their country’s laws and policies regarding these fees prior to placing an order with us.

Return Policy

We understand that there are times when a product does not meet your expectations. We believe our return policy is reasonable and fair.

If you are not satisfied with your purchases, you can return them at no charge through Canada Post. Simply add the words "Return to Sender" on your package and deposit it at a Canada Post retail outlet or in a street mailbox. 

All products in resellable condition may be returned within 90 days. Send an email to returns@CanadianNativeProducts.com to request authorization. Items returned either without authorization and/or are not in good, resellable condition may receive no refund or store credit.

We are not responsible for any returns stolen in transit to our location.
